Shipping

Every item is printed to order by our print-on-demand partners. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and US delivery usually takes another 3–7 business days after that. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We currently ship to United States addresses only. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Returns & refunds

Because each item is custom-made with your design, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or a design you no longer like.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll reship it.

You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering for a full refund, as long as it hasn't gone into production.

Privacy

• Your AI key: when you use your own OpenAI or Google key, it's sent directly from your browser to that provider. It is never sent to or stored on our servers. If you tick "Remember on this device", it's kept only in your browser's local storage.
• Your prompts go to the AI provider you choose, under that provider's terms. We don't receive them.
• Your design is stored only once you click Checkout, so we can print it. We keep it with your order for support and reprints.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Your name, email, phone and address are used to fulfill and ship your order, and are shared with our print and shipping partners for that purpose only. We don't sell your data.
• To ask us to delete your data, email us.

Terms

By ordering, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the image you upload or generate, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or likeness rights. Don't submit hateful, explicit, violent, or illegal content. We may refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund) that we believe breaks these rules.

You keep the rights to your design. You give us permission to reproduce it only to make and ship your order. Product colors and print placement may vary slightly from the on-screen preview.
